Direct Hire local processing

Use our Direct Hire service if you’ve already found a domestic helper you’d like to hire.

If they are leaving a finished contract or are a special case^, they won’t need to go home as part of the process and this service is for you.Normally, domestic helpers with broken or terminated contracts are required to return home while their visa is in processing. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Hong Kong Immigration may make an exemption and allow these domestic helpers to process locally but the final decision of visa approval lies solely with the Hong Kong Immigration.  Read more HERE. ^Special case includes termination due to relocation, death, financial difficulties of the employer and abuse to the domestic helper.
